At MA Mobile Tyre, we strive to provide reliable and timely mobile tyre fitting services across the UK. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations.

2. Booking Deposits & Refunds

• When you book a tyre fitting service, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• This deposit covers administrative costs and ensures availability for your scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals & Delays

• While we aim to arrive at the scheduled time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, adverse weather conditions, or previous job overruns.
• In such cases, we cannot offer a refund of the booking deposit, but we will keep you informed and do our best to reschedule at your convenience.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we may offer a partial refund or reschedule your booking.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Service Issues & Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or rework under the following circumstances:

• If we fail to complete the service due to an issue on our end.
• If the tyres provided are incorrect due to our mistake.

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The issue arises due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong tyre size or vehicle details).
• The service could not be completed due to inaccessibility at the location (e.g., lack of space to work or unsafe conditions).
